Terms and conditions

  • Drivers' duty hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, excluding arrival or pick-up times.
  • Please promptly inform our representative of any complaints or issues regarding the driver during the service, enabling us to take necessary actions to improve our service quality.
  • In the event of road blockages due to strikes, protests, road construction, natural disasters, medical emergencies, or delays/cancellations of transportation such as trains/flights, as well as unpredictable journey times caused by monsoon rains and extreme weather, please be aware that these circumstances are beyond our control. Any additional expenses resulting from such events are the responsibility of the agent/client.
  • Additional cleaning charges for vomiting on seats and floors are to be paid directly by the passenger at nearby service centres.
  • Consumption of alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the vehicles.
  • Sedan cars do not come equipped with luggage carriers on top. Only larger vehicles such as Ertiga, , Innova, etc., are equipped with luggage carriers on top.
  • Rates are quoted in INR (Indian Rupees).
Cancellation Policy for cars (cancellations must be updated via email).
  • Cancellation made one day prior to the journey date will result in a full advance refund within 3 days
  • Cancellation within one day to journey date – No refund.
Cancellation Policy for Tempo Travellers & Buses (cancellations must be communicated via email).
  • Cancellation made three days prior to the journey date will result in a full advance refund within 3 days
  • Cancellation within Three days to journey date – No refund
